EUROSHOP 2020 The World´s No. 1 Retail Trade Fair

On February 16-20, we were present at the No. 1 fair in the world of retail where the latest innovations and trends in the sector were shown. Euroshop is the most important fair in the world and with the largest range of products in innovation and quality in the retail sector, and was held at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany.

In this edition, the event had a total of 2,300 exhibitors from around 60 countries, distributed in almost 130,000m2, with an attendance of more than 110,000 specialized visitors from around the world. In addition, it brought together professionals, executives with decision-making capacity and senior managers of the industry, leading experts who shared knowledge and experience around the commerce sector. On the other hand, issues were discussed on the digital transformation, robotics and sustainability of the retail sector, a key sector in the economy and currently undergoing a period of significant change.

Digital Transformation and new trends in the Retail sector

In this edition of the Euroshop 2020, the digital transformation has been one of the key points of the event, where buyers were able to offer high service and greater possible efficiency. It is there that retailers must be able to invest in emotion and digitalization, to offer a better experience at the point of sale.

In this edition we have also seen how technological developments continue to deepen personalization as an axis of differentiation to meet customer demands and new trends in retail technology such as LED technology, digital signage, shop fitting and food service.

LED DREAM was present in this edition by the hand of our partner Tiege as an exclusive distributor in Spain and Andorra, located in the Hall 1 / D12 stand. There we were able to present the different technological solutions for the design of creative and spectacular sales spaces. The product shown had a great acceptance, thanks to its advantages over the existing transparent LED solutions to date: a much thinner solution, much lighter, customizable, and in which its high transparency stands out.
