LED DREAM collaborating with great Digital Artists @Soliman López

On the recent Arco 2019 edition and the fourteenth edition of Art Madrid 2019, an interactive experience was launched comprising digital work elaborated for The Runner, located in the Palacio de la Prensa de Madrid, by the artist Digital Solimán López, founder of the Harddiskmuseum and director of innovation at the Valencia School of Art and Technology. LEDDREAM collaborated with audiovisual teams, and with its Ubox platform for the development of interactive applications.

We were present from January 30 to March 24 at the opening of the Skinning exhibition at CEART in Fuenlabrada (Centro de Arte Tomás y Valiente de Fuenlabrada). An exhibition where the artist Digital Solimán López, analyzes the human being from a point of view of the future through 5 interactive pieces.

Soliman López presents the threshold between homo sapiens and the augmented through art and technology. These and other issues related to the future of humanity during the digital revolution are the conceptual basis of the new solo exhibition, entitled "Skinning". You can also enjoy the Apo surfaces, digitally printed pieces in which, through the recognition of the viewer, the surface of the sculpture changes color. It is activated when the spectator is in front.

Surface machine is an interactive interface that collects the viewer's image and visually freezes it through a mechanized skin and different visual effects. On the other hand, we find The Runner, an interactive program that shows the animation of a 3D character that lives on a web and that will not stop running in that virtual space for a year.

LED DREAM also collaborated in the work, called The Pole, with an ultra-panoramic screen made up of 12 LED screen modules, all lined up. Each screen measures 50 x 50 cm, with a resolution of 167 x 167 px. In total, the screen measures 50 x 600 cm with a total resolution of 167 x 2004 px. The viewer will be able to interact with a reactive visual that recognizes the viewer's position. Indeed, 3D pole that changes its final texture, represents a high jump, or a fall into unknown space, through which we position ourselves between a humanized skin or the clean and pristine finish of technological objects.

We are convinced that visitors enjoyed The Runner show, interacting with the intensity and speed of the runner through a link on their mobile phone, in which anyone could interact through their mobile device, changing the speed and direction of 3D corridor. One of the most complete expositions about new technologies, and their psychological, social, economic, and artistic consequences and derivations. #Therunner #Skinnig #Art #Technology #Digital #Leddisplay.
