This year, Diagonal 123 transforms its lobby to celebrate Christmas with a carefully crafted visual narrative that sparks imagination and fosters human connection. The installation reminds us that making the holiday season special for those around us doesn’t require grand gestures—just moments and acts that bring a smile to the people who matter most. At D123, the best gifts are those that build connections, evoke emotions, and bring people closer together.

The real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for guiding the client through this initiative, spearheaded the creative Christmas concept for Diagonal 123, collaborating with their technology partner LEDDREAM GROUP to bring it to life. This project highlights how the office is evolving into a space that adds value to people’s everyday experience. Creating environments that nurture creativity, productivity, and well-being has become essential in enhancing the workplace experience. In this context, the building’s Christmas concept illustrates how a lobby can go beyond its traditional role, becoming a space that encourages interaction, reinforces the building’s identity, and enriches the daily experience of its users. LEDDREAM GROUP’s creative team conceptualized and developed the 3D content, seamlessly integrating festive elements. Every gesture and detail—from gifts to garlands—blends organically with the surroundings, strengthening the brand and evoking emotion in everyone who visits the lobby, all while staying true to D123’s corporate identity.
Christmas in 3D: Creativity and Technology Transforming the D123 Lobby
Through Channel4you, LEDDREAM’s creative team designed a 3D Christmas labyrinth specifically for the D123 lobby. The installation integrates naturally into the 50 m² L-shaped LED screen, covering both wall and ceiling, allowing for playful depth, rhythm, and movement—activating the space while elegantly reinforcing the building’s identity.
Each element of the labyrinth was meticulously crafted to maintain aesthetic and technical consistency, adapting to different styles and workflows. The project combines creativity and technology to deliver a visually compelling environment that resonates with the Christmas spirit while subtly reinforcing the D123 brand.
Beyond its visual impact, the integration of narrative and technology turns the space into a story itself: a sensory journey that connects visitors to the building’s identity. The collaboration between Cushman & Wakefield, Channel4you, and LEDDREAM GROUP demonstrates how digital content can serve as a strategic, narrative-driven tool to strengthen a building’s identity. The Christmas narrative doesn’t just create an atmosphere—it tells a story that brings people together, engages them, and reinforces D123’s visual language with elegance and coherence.
