Daniel Venteo developed on how the implementation of new technologies in the retail world is in crescendo. This can be explained by the new type of consumer and their purchasing habits both online and offline. For this reason, the big brands are deepening their commitment to merging online marketing with customers’ experiences in physical stores.
In the second part of the session, the students had the opportunity to support the theoretical part with tangible examples in situ. Indeed, students were able to witness how, depending on the final objective, a number of technological solutions present an opportunity for the retail sector.
