Creation and management of interactive content, digital directories, creation of video marketing campaigns and products in different formats and on social networks
As part of its commitment towards digitalizing all its stores, the German chain placed its trust in Chanel4you through its partner: LED DREAM. The technological and digital solutions expert was responsible for creating interactive content aligned with the company's branding and managing content displayed on LED screens through a digital signage system and social media.
Specifically, these LED screens showed the latest novelties, trends and launching of new products, dynamic content concerning special offers and videos for their marketing campaign and differently formatted products. This content was also made accessible on social media.
Additionally, a content management system allows to monitor it in a centralized manner, facilitating its communication on all platforms and ultimately enhancing the customer’s experience.
Lastly, Media Markt implemented an interactive digital directory to streamline the customer flow of its stores. Indeed, said directory provides visitors with a map of the store, together with the name of each salesperson in charge of the place’s different stations. This system helps create a more personal client attention service and ultimately a better visit and purchasing experience for the customer
