The Dufry store in Terminal 1 of Casablanca Airport has been completely renovated, transforming into a visually stunning space that redefines the concept of airport retail. Thanks to the collaboration between Leddream Group and Itechia, an advanced digital signage solution based on LED screens has been implemented, providing travelers with an immersive and modern shopping experience.

The store has been equipped with the latest audiovisual technology, strategically distributed across several key locations. Leddream Group, together with its partner Itechia, has played a crucial role in developing this innovative space, handling the supply, installation, assembly, and commissioning of the project. This digital transformation impacts visitors from the very first moment, creating a dynamic and captivating environment.


Dufry's innovative visual experience at Casablanca airport with LED Screens


From the moment they enter the store, travelers are immersed in a vibrant environment. Each screen has been designed and installed to enhance the visitor experience, offering optimal resolution and brightness with a pixel pitch ranging from 1.9mm to 2.6mm. This ensures sharp, high-quality images from any angle. All the installed LED screens are from Philips (where Leddream Group is a certified partner), managed by Brightsign’s digital signage software, a global leader in digital signage systems. This project combines technological innovation with an attractive design in one of the airport's busiest retail spaces.



The digital experience is divided into several visual and dynamic zones with LED screens of various formats, strategically placed to ensure clear and high-quality viewing.

-LED Banner at Customs Entrance: The experience begins with an impressive 39-meter long by 50 cm high LED banner with a 2.4mm pixel pitch, wrapping around the store's entrance. This screen, located at the store's entry, displays advertising and informational content, ensuring perfect visibility both day and night.

-LED Banner at Store Entrance: A large-format banner, 7.5 meters long by 50 cm high, with a 2.4mm pixel pitch, welcomes passengers and marks the start of a unique shopping experience. The installation of these LED screens not only improves product visibility but also redefines passenger interaction with the space. The clarity and brightness of the LED screens provide an immersive visual experience, transforming every corner of the store into an impactful communication platform.



-LED Screens Inside the Store: Inside the commercial space, five LED screens of various sizes, with a 1.9mm pixel pitch, have been installed to offer exceptional image quality with vibrant colors and sharp details. These screens highlight products and promotions, enhancing the shopping experience.



- LED Screens on Columns: Two columns in the aisles have been transformed with LED screens. The first, with a rectangular format, covers a total surface of 7m² with a 1.9mm pixel pitch, wrapping around the column and creating a visual flow that captures visitors' attention. The second circular LED screen, measuring 375 cm high by 250 cm in circumference, features a 2.6mm pixel pitch and impacts users with its curved design, turning the column into a multimedia spectacle that complements the surroundings and captures visitors' attention.
