Innovation and creativity in the reception of the Beatriz Building

The Beatriz Building, an architectural gem designed by Eleuterio Población Knappe, underwent a comprehensive renovation a few years ago, blending its original architectural essence with innovative, contemporary materials. With a history spanning nearly 50 years, the Beatriz Building is one of the most iconic properties in the capital, consistently recognized for its excellent management, magnificent facilities, and a wide range of services. As a highlight of the 2018 lobby renovation, this year the hall has been equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Visitors are welcomed by two large LED screens displaying creative pieces that enhance their experience and provide useful, up-to-date information about events happening inside and outside the building.

To bring this digital project to life, Viviendas y Oficinas (Vyosa) partnered with LED DREAM Group, renowned for its excellence in innovation and expertise in implementing cutting-edge technology for creating various immersive spaces. LED DREAM Group managed the project from conceptualization and design to supply, assembly, installation, and commissioning of a 21+ m² LED screen with a 2.6 mm black LED pixel pitch, near 4K resolution, high image quality, and excellent color depth. This screen is located in the building’s main reception, facilitating the visualization of 3D content and experiential loops. Additionally, another LED screen measuring 3.5 m² in width and height, with a 2.6 mm pixel pitch and an exceptional brightness of 2500 nits, was installed near the Beatriz Madrid auditorium, ensuring an unparalleled visual experience.

Channel4you has created various visual content pieces from an artistic perspective to both surprise and inform the users of the Beatriz Building.

These pieces cover themes ranging from nature to the combination of different textures, the animation of the Beatriz Building logo, and real-time dynamic content on stock markets, time, and weather information. Additionally, they allow for the parameterization of other interactive information on services and corporate events, among others. These elements not only inform but also convey the building’s history through a captivating narrative design, enabling users to understand the origin and evolution of the building, from its beginnings to its current status as a benchmark of innovation, exclusivity, and design. This creates a connection between the past and the present.

We tell the story of the Beatriz Building, closely tied to the figure of Beatriz Galindo, known as La Latina, while including 3D content based on gardens and an iconic sculpture reflecting the building's architecture.

To create an immersive visual experience, Channel4you has crafted an interactive piece featuring 3D particles that evoke fluid motion akin to flowing sand. This dynamic and fluid content not only provides a captivating aesthetic but also invites users on an introspective journey, allowing them to immerse themselves in their imagination and discover unique meanings with each visual change.
