This fascinating digital lighting project has been led by Ralfas Consulting, experts in Project Management and Facilities Management. Together with the renowned real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield, they have completely transformed this impressive property, overseeing and executing the necessary construction works, marketing the available spaces, and optimizing the experience for all users and visitors entering the building. For the realization of this digital lighting project, Ralfas Consulting has relied on the important collaboration of their partner LED DREAM Group for the design, supply, installation, and implementation of the entire dynamic digital lighting system in the new Álaba 111 office building. LED DREAM Group has executed the entire dynamic lighting component through Lumalia Studio, a company within the group specializing in the creation and execution of dynamic digital lighting projects.
In this luminous and digital space, the volume of the lobby and the furniture required a ceiling element that would break away from linearity and add value to the integration of the interior and exterior spaces. To achieve this, Lumalia Studio has designed a revolutionary lighting solution called NURBS. This innovative semi-supporting linear solution can be constructed in any type of layout or curve, allowing for efficient and versatile construction.
The proposal consisted of an organically designed lighting element based on curved paths, with dynamic and color functionalities to emphasize the avant-garde design of the building. Furthermore, the design is parametric, greatly automating the production of the pieces and enabling the use of different materials and finishes.

But the shape is not the only remarkable feature of this luminaire; its functionality is equally impressive thanks to the implementation of RGBW digital lighting. This luminaire not only offers conventional white lighting but can also be adjusted to warmer or cooler tones and even reproduce any color and light movement. This functionality allows for exploring new forms of expression, both aesthetic and commercial. Additionally, the color temperature regulation can be adjusted according to the time of day, weather, or even marked hours or special moments with subtle bursts of light. Corporate colors can also be used for events and special occasions. These are just a few examples of the applications of these capabilities.
