The use of the LED DREAM website implies knowledge and full acceptance of legal warnings and conditions in force at the time in which the user accesses it and that are specified below.

Free access: The use of the LED DREAM official website shall be free of charge. However, the contracting of some services offered by this website may be, either now or in the future, conditioned to a certain payment. The existence of such circumstance shall be suitably pointed out.
User registration: In general, access and use of this website does not require any previous enrollment or user registration. Exceptionally however, access to specific services may be subordinated to the user’s or the client’s registration in the database of LED DREAM. In said cases, LEDDREAM shall process personal information provided by users because of using the website, as established by clause 7 of these General Conditions of Use.
Constraints related to Access and use: The official LED DREAM website shall be used in accordance with these General conditions as well as any other applicable legal provisions. LEDDREAM reserves its unilateral right to deny access to any user who violates these General Conditions of Use.
4. INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Industrial Property: The denomination “LED Dream” as for other distinctive signs featuring on this website (graphics and denominative elements) are the exclusive property of LED DREAM S.L. as can be duly consulted in the intellectual property registry.
Said ownership in accordance with provision 34 of the Spanish Trademark Act 17/2001, on 17th of December, and other applicable national legislations, grants LED DREAM the exclusive right to use these distinctive signs in the course of trade. Third parties are hereby prohibited from using these signs, without previous authorization.
The possible presence on this website of any distinctive signs owned by a third party shall require authorization from its rightful owner and shall not under any circumstance have a commercial purpose, always bearing in mind to duly respect the holder’s exclusivity rights.
Domain name rights: Along the terms established in the last paragraphs, the ownership of the domain name «www.leddream.es» and any other one that may give direct access to this official website pertains to LED DREAM S.L.. Wrongful use of these domain names, in violation of the rights conferred to LED DREAM by the public registry, shall be prosecuted in the terms established by law,

8. TERMINATION
Although initially the lifespan of this website is undetermined, LED DREAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate the rendering its services, in part or in whole, without the need to provide any notice to the users thereof.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The present General Conditions of Use are ruled by Spanish Law.
The resolution of any litigation arising from this website shall take place under Spanish jurisdiction before the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Terrassa and their hierarchic superiors, expressly waiving any jurisdiction different to the above mentioned that may exist.
